This is why we have a department whose sole aim is to develop and exploit our ideas around the world.
Phil began working in an arts studio in Camden on some of the first digital video projects.He progressed to producing TV commercials and music videos for the biggest brands and bands in the world - Adidas, Oasis, Range Rover, Kylie, Hermes, Coldplay and Sprint - in the largest production companies in London. Phil is a cyclist and is a producer and co-curator of the BUG Music Video Show which has been running for 10 years as a bi-monthly showcase of creative talent in collaboration with the BFI.

Astrid is an experienced TV/Film Producer. She has produced music videos, commercials, documentary series, longform entertainment progs, brand identity and short films working worldwide with established UK/ US Directors. She exec’d 90 climate change-themed films for Live Earth/BBC that were simultaneously broadcast to 60 countries worldwide, 20 of which opened Tribeca Film Festival the same year. She also commissioned and Exec’d ten documentary films on the theme of ‘home’ for Sony and produced/curated three returning series of From the Basement for Sky Arts including the award-winning Radiohead ‘In Rainbows’ film.
She also directs and produces short films and music-based documentaries - she is currently working on her feature film dramatising the early life of Poly Styrene from iconic punk band Xray Spex and has a documentary about 80's female subculture in pre-production.
Her short film 'We are Family' won and award of Merit at Indie Fest premiering at the Brooklyn Film Festival and her Music Video film 'Milkin' It' for Cornershop premiered at the London Short Film Festival in the same year. She specialises in producing anything and directing mainly music-based documentary.
She has just finished a tv pilot for a 6 part music series on music and creativity featuring Mark Ronson and Nile Rodgers.
James Whetherly is now working at Squire as a producer and doing marketing.
James has also become a guerrilla gardener, planting sunflowers around the world. #Sunflowerpower
James has produced a prestigious amount of commercials, music vids, concerts and TV shows. Highlights being a TV Producer for the BBC at Glastonbury, working on Later…with Jools Holland, the last Monty Python shows at the 02 and being nominated for a Grammy. In the world of advertising James worked at Aardman, MJZ, Serious and Stink etc.
Jay is a very tall, very skinny, camera holding, editing, filming and photographing human-being. In between making strange short films & documentaries, falling off his bike and banging his head on doorways, Jay runs around on sets, glues footage together into coherent bits and talks enthusiastically about whatever is going on.
He's currently working on his short documentary portraying an insiders look at Japanese musical subcultures with an excitable Orange-haired Japanologist called Dot .
